Consumou specializes in niche luxury perfumes and fragrances, including Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, and light fragrance collections for men and women. All products are described as accurately as possible. However, scent perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@consumou.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally . Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Consumou is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@consumou.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Consumou and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
