Consumou specializes in premium beauty and cosmetic products, including skincare, makeup, and beauty tools. All products are described as accurately as possible. However, individual results may vary depending on skin type, skin condition, and usage habits. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only unless otherwise stated.

3. Skin Sensitivity & Allergy Disclaimer

While our products are formulated with care and tested for safety, we recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially for those with sensitive skin or known allergies. Consumou is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or pre-existing skin conditions. 4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@consumou.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

6. Shipping

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Please note that certain beauty products (e.g., pressurized or aerosol items) may be subject to air freight restrictions in some regions. Consumou is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Sanctions & Restricted Regions

Consumou does not provide products or services to individuals, entities, or regions subject to applicable international sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to those imposed by the United Nations, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction. Consumou reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is found to violate this policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@consumou.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. Product Storage & Usage

To maintain product efficacy and safety, we recommend storing all beauty products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Consumou is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, formulations, and branding — is the property of Consumou and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
