How do I check my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate notification email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are being processed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at support@consumou.com and we will do our best to help.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes an estimated 7β21 business days. Express shipping takes an estimated 3β7 business days (available in selected regions). Processing time is 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
π Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return.
How do I request a refund?
Please send an email to support@consumou.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1β3 business days with return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Are your fragrance ingredients safe?
Yes. All of our products are made with carefully selected natural and safe ingredients, compliant with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards, and suitable for most skin types.
What is the shelf life of your perfumes?
Our perfumes have a shelf life of approximately 3 years when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using within 12β18 months and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the best fragrance quality.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All of our products come with elegant gift packaging, making them perfect for holidays and special occasions. If you would like a personalized gift message, please leave a note at checkout.
