  • The item is free from damage or contamination
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation email is included

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@consumou.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging to the address provided
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items)
